THE APARTMENT

"Agate Luxury Apartment" is a stylish, luxurious Apartment that offers to the guests all the modern comforts, in the center of Hydra, at the beginning of Sachtouri Street.

The Guesthouse is an autonomous and comfortable Apartment, which has an independent entrance with internal stairs. The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of the master bedroom and a sitting space with a living area, a large fitted kitchen, a luxury bathroom and a dining area for four people.

Entering the stairs to the Apartment, to our left in the living room we have a large sofa that becomes a bed, with the living room air conditioner located above the sofa.

Just opposite and to the right are the kitchen, in the background the bathroom and in front of us a dining space for four people, as well as a large flat screen TV.

In front of us and to the left of the sofa is the main bedroom of the Apartment, next to the staircase that leads to the patio. The bedroom is spacious, nicely furnished and has a king-size bed, large double closet, separate air conditioning and an additional flat-screen TV.

The kitchen has a large double fridge, a ceramic kitchen, hood, oven, drawers, cupboards with all the necessary kitchen utensils, tray to transfer your meal to the patio, countertop, cutting board, boiler, oil-vinegar, coffee and sugar for your coffee.

The dining area is comfortable, for four people, located opposite the kitchen and right next to it there is a toaster, espresso machine and coffee maker, to prepare, if you want, your breakfast.

The bathroom is luxurious, very clean, has a spacious shower that has a cabin with double glazing and a hydromassage column. Offers linens and toiletries during your stay.

On the roof of the Guesthouse "Agate Hydra Luxury Apartment" there is a beautiful patio with wonderful views and several potted plants. In the Atrium there is a dining room for five people with two auxiliary low stools, two large sun loungers with umbrella and a table as well as a large relaxing rocking deck chair.

On the patio you can have your breakfast, enjoy your meals or drink your coffee, reading a beautiful book.
